Brianna has not only been featured in Oprah Magazine, she has worked side by side with celebrity hair stylist Ken Paves doing work for Biggest Loser and O Magazine. Certified in EasiHair Pro extensions, Keratin Smoothing Treatments and a Paul Mitchell Educator, Brianna loves that she gets to use her creativity to help people fall in love with their hair. When Brianna isn’t specializing in long hair design, bridal, cutting and color she loves spending time with family, and traveling!
Heather Biondo

Heather joined our team as a stylist in August of 2016 and went on to partner in our Clinton Township location in December of 2020. She specializes in creating custom, lived-in colors for each client, bridal styling, and enjoys making her guests feel like the best versions of themselves when they leave her chair. You can catch her spending time with her husband, family, and friends any time she is not at the salon.
Carly V
Regional Director
Carly V has been a part of Paul Mitchell the Salon Clinton Township since January of 2021. She started as front desk staff and has worked her way up to Clinton Township’s Salon Coordinator as well as Regional Director of all our salon locations. A true jack-of-all-trades, Carly V loves to keep things running smoothly and helping our team and guests have the best experience possible. Outside of work, she enjoys reading and playing video games with her daughter and husband.
Haley Schneider
Senior Stylist
Haley is the Clinton Township Salon Director and has been a stylist at Paul Mitchell the Salon since 2017. She specializes in blonding, cutting, and EHP Hand tied and tape-in extensions. In her spare time, she likes to read, travel with family, and spend quality time with her husband and dog Millie.
Genna Dickman
Senior Stylist
Genna has been a member of our team since December of 2017. She specializes in extensions, including both hand tied and tape in extensions, and also specializes in blonding and coloring! She’s a wife and mama to her growing family, which wouldn’t be complete without their two pups!
Grace Aiken
Senior Stylist
Grace has been a stylist at Paul Mitchell the salon in Clinton Township since February of 2019 and in
2022 joined the leadership team as Co-Director. She loves doing all things blonding and extensions
behind the chair and is also the men’s cutting specialist at the salon! When she’s not at the salon, Grace loves all things fitness, travel, and reading!
Alyson Nagorsen

Aly has been a stylist at Paul Mitchell since the salon was still Ken Paves Salon! She specializes in
Nova Lash extensions, EHP hair extensions, and makeup. When she’s not at the salon, she loves being a Honey to her grandsons, Ezra and Miles.

Emma has been a member of our team since November 2025. She is passionate about creativity and lived-in, custom hair color. When she’s not in the salon, you can find her spending time out in nature with her pup, Luna, or being a foodie at the hot, new restaurant in town.
